5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request at any time by contacting the support team. Before an account can be closed, all active balances that meet the withdrawal requirements must first be cashed out. Accounts that show no activity for a specified period of time may be considered inactive.
